I’ve been out of the army and fight game for several years. It’s great to jump back in and not only get to spend time with like minded individuals as far as MMA goes. It’s great to jump back into the Defence sports environment, where everyone gobs off from the sideline. Same way you’d piss yourself laughing at some of the sledges, it’s the old classic environment.

The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and understanding of the old creaky bodies veterans have. 10/10 highly recommend.

The Veterans MMA classes have been a god send for me personally. After sustaining an devastating spinal injury which almost severed my spinal cord as part of my military service , I had doubts whether I would ever walk again properly.

The team down at Integrated MMA have been amazing the professionalism and the understanding of the mixed martial arts has been unreal also the understanding of the vets individual needs has been second to none and anyone who can give veterans the confidence to believe in themselves again , well that’s priceless.
